Warranty
J. Eck Designs is proud of the quality products and services we provide. Quality products are the cornerstone of our company and we are confident
that you will be 100% satisfied. We strive to give "quality and affordable" sterling silver jewelry fast and perfect every time. Accordingly, we warrant
that at the time of shipment our products will be free from defects in workmanship and material when used in a manner and under conditions that are consistent
with the purposes for which our products where designed. If there is a quality issue with your order, J. Eck Designs will, at customer's option, replace the
defective product or offer a full credit for the purchase price of the defective product. Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return,
unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect. All refunds and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt.
We want your order to be made just the way you want it! We understand that everyone makes mistakes (including us!). Please review your order before submitting it.

to get a Returned Material Authorization. As part of J. Eck Designs’ efforts to maintain its reputation for the highest quality products, we require that
the defective product be returned to us in new condition and in its original packaging along with a written explanation of product's defect before a
replacement product or credit may be issued.
This warranty is given in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, and supersedes any other representations or warranties, including without limitation
the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. J. Eck Designs' liability under the foregoing warranty shall be limited to the remedies
set forth above. In no event shall J. Eck Designs' liability exceed the purchase price of the product with respect to which a claim is made. In no case will J. Eck Designs
be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages (including without limitation lost revenues and lost production) that may result from a
breach of the foregoing warranty.
